Board-on-Board

Board-on-board is the gold standard for privacy fencing. Pickets are mounted on alternating sides of the horizontal rails, with each board overlapping its neighbor by about an inch. This overlapping design eliminates sightlines from any angle while still allowing air to pass through the fence, reducing wind load and the risk of storm damage. Board-on-board fences also look finished and attractive from both sides, making them the ideal choice for shared property lines where you want to be a good neighbor.

Solid Panel

Shadowbox is a stylish middle ground between full privacy and open fencing - it provides about 70 to 80 percent visual screening and creates an appealing play of light and shadow throughout the day. It works especially well along side yards and between homes with tight lot spacing.

Wood Privacy Fences

Wood is the most popular material for privacy fencing in our area. Cedar and pressure-treated pine are both excellent options. Cedar offers natural decay resistance and a rich color that can be left to weather or maintained with stain. Pressure-treated pine costs less and takes paint or stain well. Both species are available in the 6 and 8-foot heights that privacy fencing typically requires.

Vinyl Privacy Fences
